Seller reviewThe sale took place start to finish during a very difficult season in life, and further complicated by the vast majority of things being handled remotely, as I reside in Texas. Every last detail I had concerns over, every last thing that I thought would be issues, Debbie had answers and solutions to offer. Gave me multiple options and talked through them with me, and then after I made the needed decisions, helped me with being clear on what my part was of things to be done. Very approachable, prompt communication, no times of me wondering where are we, kept me in the loop on every last step.Debbie made what I thought was going to be the hardest thing ever, a breeze. I believe that this is due to her obvious commitment to being completely current on every possibility, having strong trusted relationships with peripherals and overall just believing in doing a job above and beyond should be the norm.....She has the utmost in integrity and knowledge, and a true love for her mission, and the positive impact that it brings to the lives of her clients...... Buyer reviewMary Beth Rich was the perfect agent to work with as a first time home buyer. She would spend time pointing out things to look out for in each home we visited, responded to inquiries within a few hours no matter what, and was very thorough in her market research. When small issues arose in the buying process, she always had a host of contacts that were quick to help solve the issue. I was not nearly as stressed as I thought I would be buying my first home because of her. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
