Buyer reviewIn this market we knew it would be a challenge to find and purchase our dream house. Brandy laid out expectations, suggestions on looking for our dream home, and was always available to answer our questions or see houses with us. She highlighted our dream home almost before we did, and stuck with us and provided great guidance on submitting an offer and moving through closing. Working with Brandy in the past, she knew our preferences and plans. She was super easy to work with previously, providing great advice and patience and making the process super easy. It was a no brainer to work with her again! She answered all our questions, helped guide us through the buying process. It was a pleasure again to work with Brandy and we would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Buyer reviewMary Beth is amazing to work with when buying or selling a home. Her knowledge of the process, real estate market, and the local neighborhoods is invaluable. The day we closed on our new home, we walked in to see a lovely gift basket filled with yummy snacks and drinks. Before moving in to the new house we were going back and forth between our old and new house for about 2 weeks cleaning and painting. Mary Beth left a goodie bag at our front door with the essentials like paper towels and toilet paper since we hadn't moved in yet. It was a good thing because I didn't think about bringing that stuff from the old house yet. She is so very thoughtful!!
