Seller reviewAs a result of my husband having a hard time hearing, I had to do most of the dealings with Jon. I am 74 years old, AND I am not well versed on the computer. Jon walked me through all things on the computer. He had a lot of patience with me. He always let us know when someone was to see our condo and what they thought of it. Jon was very professional in his dealings with me, yet even though I have never met Jon in person, I felt like I had known him. I appreciate everything that he did for us. I would recommend Jon Dempersmier to anyone and everyone.

She was very active in showing different properties that might suit my needs and was always prepared when showing. I enjoyed working with Beth . This condo purchase was a huge undertaking for me. Buyer reviewBeth was great to work with and I relied heavily on her local connections for financing, insurance, inspections, etc... and her knowledge of the market and the different areas. We found a great cabin and it checked all of the boxes for me. Also considering how competitive the market is in this area, it was great to have someone like Beth to help me figure out the contract negotiations to be able to compete. Last, I work full time and don't live in the area, so I knew this would present challenges and Beth handled everything great and filled in all the gaps left by me not being able to just hop in my car and "drive over". She did a great job and i'm very happy with the entire process.
