Time after time we have purchased using her as our Realtor and she has always been considerate, concise, and extremely knowledgeable about almost anything you ask about. She is excellent at negotiations and goes above and beyond for her clients. There are many realtors out there that are looking just to make a sale, but Beth will be sure that what you are looking at is really what will fit you. She's so trustworthy, she will even point out negatives or ask you things that maybe you didn't consider that might even make you reconsider a property that you are interested in. To me, that's beyond top-notch. Always putting the client's needs beyond 'just a sale' - Beth is the complete package.
