Buyer reviewWe had worked with Wendy previously and it seemed like she was a woman who got stuff done and really looked out for her clients. As new home buyers and a no-nonsense person myself, both of those were very important. She answered a ton of first round questions for me without ever making me feel pressured to use her as an agent. She just seemed like she genuinely cared that we found a home we liked, no matter how long it took. She offered her advice when we were talking about making an offer and always weighed the pros and cons with us. She warned us what a low offer might do, etc. She also took care of nearly all the paperwork which was great, because we wouldn't have known where to start. She was always available, not pushy ever. Just communicated really well with us and made us feel like she was really advocating for us in the purchase. It felt like she took us under her wing and really watched out for us.

She immediately built our trust, demonstrating her expertise in showing us houses (explaining things we hadn't even thought to ask about!).
