Buyer reviewMike and Melanie Scheetz were exceptional during our home purchase process. The are very knowledgeable and spot on with their recommendations working to ensure the new home meets or exceeds our needs and expectations. The assisted with independent inspections and will be assisting us with the sale of our current home which we intentionally are delaying until later in the year. We have no reservations in our strong recommendation to use Mike & Melanie Scheetz for our friends and family. Incidentally, Mike Scheetz actually helped me review comps in our current neighborhood including real estate taxes paid and then assisted me to file for all of the appropriate exceptions when we were not even a former or current client which speaks volumes to his service mentality and character.

Seller reviewI contacted an old friend in the real estate business prior to Mike. The reason I was selling was divorce, so I sought a second opinion. When Mike came over for our appointment, in a very professional manner, he let his sales volume speak for itself compared to the other agent. He also told me to list it for $30K less than the other person suggested if speed was important (which it was). During the process, Mike was always accessible, and did an excellent job communicating to both me & my soon-to-be-ex-wife. Also during the time, he showed me multiple houses & met me multiple times at his office to refine the search criteria. At the end of the day, I decided to rent for a year. Despite the hours he had invested, Mike never pushed me to buy or settle for a property. In fact, he actually went the other direction - looking out for me rather than himself. I couldn't recommend Mike (&Melanie) more highly!!

Mike treated all my questions as important was was willing to spend the time with me to explain the process and was willing to give his ideas when I needed them.
