Her ability to obtain a same day full price offer was not just a reflection of the market but her ability as a realtor who has many connections in Billings as well as throughout the state needed to make sales like this happen. Julie works for her clients and does it with grace, encouragement, and professionalism. Julie takes the worry out of home sales!

I was buying property from outside of the state and they made me feel as safe and comfortable with the home I was buying as possible, under the circumstances. Shelby visited each house I was considering and sent me videos of everything that I would have looked at myself. It was fabulous! Shelby was by my side (literally or figuratively) through the entire experience, even walking me through a carside closing when I got COVID just before that closing.
