Buyer reviewNot sure where to even begin to describe how thankful we are. Stacey exceeded our expectations and was incredible throughout what felt like the most stressful process of our entire lives. We have been telling everyone we talk to about Stacey's expertise and how much value she provided us throughout the entire process (which was a long time given the market and our personal situation). Not that we are in any hurry to buy or sell a home any time soon, if we had to, she would be the only person we would want to help us through it! She also was amazing at allowing us to enjoy walking through the homes we toured while she hung out with our newborn and kept her occupied and happy! One of a kind to be sure! A huge thank you to Stacey and your entire team!

She zeroed in instantly on the unique assets of our property and wrote an accurate and pleasing description marketing our home. The photographer was stellar as well. Our home sold fast and at asking price plus more. The word "smooth" took on a whole new meaning to us after working with Stacey. She works her magic behind the scenes also. Since we ae from out of state, she was very flexible in showing us multiple properties virtually, pointing out the flaws or red flags of each home, and communicating with us.
