Seller reviewStacey came to us highly recommended. My research proved she is a top notch real estate agent with a proven record. I had aspirations of selling our home by myself. Going with Stacey as our agent was one of the best decisions I have ever made. No way I would have gotten an acceptable offer within four days on the market. Stacey immediately responded to all of our questions and concerns. And we had a lot. Every question was answered and every concern was resolved to our utmost satisfaction! Stacey's assistant, Nicole, was very responsive and very helpful. From the first meeting to final closing, Stacey was on our side every step of the way. From listing, to offers, to acceptance, to closing the deal was an exceptional and seemless process for us as sellers. I can't imagine how I would have done trying to sell the home by myself. We certainly would not have accepted an offer only 4 days after going on the market, and $10,000 over asking price was an unforeseen bonus. We sincerely hope the new owners enjoy the home as much as we have. Thank you to Stacey and her staff for everything!
