I've purchased quite a few homes in my life in various cities but Stacey is above all other realtors by far. I found her not only knowledgeable and professional in every way but I also enjoyed her personality and humor, she was fun to work with.

Buyer reviewWe had worked with Stacey for several months. I found her to be prompt in responding to calls or text messages. I cannot think of one occasion that she did not meet our requests to visit a potential property, understanding that we were more than a hour away. She always provided thoughtful insights into whatever property we viewed, and she clearly gathered perceptions and impressions of what we were looking for, what "specs" were most important to us, and provided input and her opinion of a property when we would request an appointment, or forwarding potential properties to our attention. There was never a hint of talking us out of looking at something, rather accounting for what she learned as the critical features of our "wants". She provided appropriate input when we considered making offers. We learned to trust her input. In the final month of our search, I was watching the local news. A commercial came on, and I felt like she was talking to me. She was our TOP GUN!! We got lucky!

Stacey was knowledgeable and honest in discussing our property value and sale potential. Stacey also offered helpful advice in prepping our home for photos and showings. We were provided regular updates regarding the sale progress, through the Amitree website. As a bonus, Stacey even provided boxes and tape, after hours, to help get our packing started. We found Stacey to be very friendly, professional and reliable, this makes an often stressful and challenging process much easier to navigate. We would definitely recommend Stacey and her team!
