To begin with, to any and all of you who are looking for a home, hang tough! It's not easy, but it is worth everything you go through. That being said, I can't even begin to express how happy my fiancé and I are! Arnel made buying a home so simple. When deciding to buy a home, we were very nervous and skeptical. We heard so many horror stories about bad realtors and buying a home, getting into it, and it being a complete disaster. Needless to say we were very worried. Arnel made everything extremely easy. He walked us through the whole process. From his great loan officers to next steps, he was always there with advice and knowledge. Arnel took the time to figure out what we wanted in a home, what our price range was and really took into consideration everything we ever told him. He never once tried to pressure us into looking at a house over our budget, nor did he ever say that we wouldn't find what we were looking for in that range. He answered every single one of our questions (of which we had many, as you can imagine) without even once getting impatient or upset. He was so understanding and related to what it's like to buy a first home. He constantly kept us up to date on everything going on. After having our offer accepted, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly. Every time there was an update, I was getting a text or an email explaining what was going on and what to be on the lookout for. After we had the keys to our house he still checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. He made sure we had no further questions, and were beginning our transition nicely. If it was a possibility, we would want to buy another house just to be able to have Arnel as the realtor! I have found my realtor for life, whether it be buying or selling.
