At no point did we feel like we were in the dark concerning our house hunt. Ernest was always Easy to get in contact with, he was polite and professional throughout the process. We always felt like we could ask for further clarification and it always seemed like it was about getting us into the perfect home, not about getting a commission. I have zero complaints about this process, was very happy with how everything went! I have already started to mention Ernest and Darbi every time that I hear somebody mention real estate.
