Jackie – Kellie and I can't thank you enough for all of your hard work and dedication that you put into finding our daughter the perfect home. You made the entire process very easy for us and we really do appreciate it. I had been working with another realtor in the area for a couple weeks that had sent me several properties to look at upon arrival but none of them seemed to be fitting what we had discussed by phone and email. I called Jackie on a Thursday evening just before we left from Ashland, KY and talked with her about what we were looking for and what our budget was and about an hour later she had already sent us a lot of properties that matched our needs. Jackie also set me up with a mortgage broker that was able to get us pre-approved the next morning. We met Jackie Friday to look at a couple properties and then again on Saturday to look at a few more. We decided to make an offer on one of the properties and part of the offer was we needed immediate occupancy of the property. Jackie negotiated the offer, the owners accepted within the hour, and we were moving in that night. Jackie's support and caring attitude towards our family did not stop at this point; she continued to work very hard to make sure our needs were taken care of. Jackie worked with my local bank in KY to make sure they had everything they needed, she took care of getting insurance quotes for us, she helped us get all of the utilities transferred over to our name, she was there with us in closing, and most importantly her and her husband Mike have been there for our daughter with anything that she has needed. If you have real estate needs and you do not call Jackie then you are truly missing out on an opportunity to work with a great person!

From start to finish Jackie and her team were wonderful. They worked together and made sure all our questions were answered promptly. They were excellent at explaining complicated real estate issues so that we could understand and were excellent advocates on our behalf with other realtors. We were impressed with the professional photos and the attention to detail on marketing materials. The process went much smoother then we expected and we were super pleased with the results!
