Buyer reviewI saw a sign, Century 21, of 8 acres for sale. Absolutely beautiful rolling hill forest.....and I know Cary Griffith works there....( cowboy guy with the drone)....How does it get better than that? Cary's been out in these Mariposa parts for a long time.....since..........1850's?...naw.......but feels like it. I like that a realtor, knows everyone, the laws, the process, of buying land. Any question I had, he knew and answered immediately. no "beatin' round the bush" like other cowpokes. To me...Cary made the process of buying land fun. in these Covid 19 times, i did a lot of signing papers by E-mail, which makes me nervous....(the internet you know) But as long as the e-mail was from Cary, I knew I was safe.

Jackie helped cull down our list to provide reasonable expectations for the money. Once we found our dream home, Jackie helped secure all necessary inspections per our VA lenders request. Even with COVID-19, she went above and beyond to ensure our safety while looking at homes. She is warm and courteous. We trust and respect Jackie and her team and would definitely use her services again!

Seller reviewCary spent countless time and effort in getting the previous owners off the property so we would be in a position to sell it. I was a real estate broker in Mariposa County in the 1970s and 80s and have closed in excess of 1,000 escrows and had, at times, 13 salesmen working for me and I can tell you, Cary out did all of them. He more than earned every dime of his commission...........
