She was perfect. We found my dream home and sealed the deal in a short amount of time! I loved working with Tessa! I was so relieved to know that Tessa had developed relationships with industry professionals and that they were people and companies that she knew and trusted.She was right. They were all great. Tessa was so kind, so professional, such a great listener. She got back to me in a timely matter on all my concerns and questions. She was a joy to work with.

She was always available to answer the smallest of questions and kept me in the loop with the status of my purchase. She personally drove me around to show me different properties. She was happy to show me every property that I desired to see. Once I decided on a property, she made sure that the transaction went smoothly and communicated with my lender to be sure that all was on track. Joanna's no nonsense, but kind approach to real estate made what could be a painful process, as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Joanna if you are buying or selling a property.
