Seller reviewJoanna is a great realtor. Professional and friendly. When I moved to Paso Robles I had Joanna as my realtor. When my parents moved here, they had Joanna as well. Transactions ran smoothly. Joanna is the best. As stated before, Joanna is great. Her communication skills are excellent. I always feel Joanna goes above and beyond my expectations. Her service is impeccable. I would recommend Century 21 Hometown Realty, Atascadero to any of my friends considering selling their property, and especially, Joanna Nowinski. Everything was great. Joanna is the most professional, friendly and communicative realtor I have ever had. Her service is top notch.

I would use her again in a heart beat, buying or selling, and I would definitely recommend to anyone. I have complete faith in Joanna and her work ethic. Plus she is a very nice person!
