She is very detail oriented and asked the questions that were crucial to finding the right property. She was there for us with any questions, big or small and dealt with them immediately. There was no delays in her communication, and her truthfulness about things was refreshing. She didn't tell us what she thought we wanted to hear, she told us the truth and how it really was. I would have no second thoughts about using Joanna again and would refer her to as many people as I could. Joanna is truly amazing. Can't really say much more than it was perfect from beginning to end. Think I've said it all. Joanna is awesome.

Honestly, trusting her insight is the only way we landed the home at all and the selling party confirmed that us following Tessa's recommendations was the key to our success. In addition to this, I can't say enough about Tessa's professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. She made us feel like we were the only clients she was supporting when I know that wasn't true. She responded fast to all our requests, met us all over the county for viewings on short-notice, and was knowledgable throughout.
