We won the lottery of Realtor recommendations when another Realtor we wanted to hire recommended Joanna Nowinski to be our Realtor because he was on extended vacation. She is tops in her field. Buying and selling a house was so stressful, but Joanna made the buying part easier because she was always there for us whether showing houses to us at a drop of a notice, answering texts, calls, or emails...she was so accessible. Her professionalism and experience was always evident and she always conveyed that she appreciated our business. She found us our forever home after listening and observing our personal likes/dislikes in a home. We will always appreciate Joanna being our advocate and finding us our home, and we highly recommend her.

We worked with Tessa to purchase our first home-- it was a no brainer to work with her again to sell. She guided us well through all of the offers (multiple!) we received and helped us choose the strongest one. Her organized spreadsheet with pertinent information all in one place made the options clear to understand. Somehow she makes you feel like you're her only client. The only downfall of her quick turnaround for communication is when it takes longer than 5 hours, you want to send a text to make sure she's safe, ha! Her strategy made us feel comfortable and proved to be incredibly profitable and as painless as possible for us.

When we originally sat down and met with Tessa prior to listing our home she was so through in educating us on the selling process. She walked through our home with us and gave us her opinion on what we could do to optimize our selling potential. I never felt pushed or rushed to get out home on the market. It really put my husband and I at ease. Tessa did a magnificent job making our home look top notch when it came time to sell.
