I asked Tessa to sell my mom's house after her passing. It was such an emotional process but Tessa helped us through every step, keeping me informed, while showing compassion for the situation. Tessa coordinated everything so I could focus on my grieving family. Many curve balls were thrown at us throughout the escrow process (none of which were in our/her control), but Tessa handled them efficiently and professionally, all while keeping her positive attitude. Tessa is wonderful at her job, amazing to her clients, and was a joy to work with, even during such a difficult time.

Joanna Nowinski was recommended to me from another broker who felt that they were not able to be available as often/short notice as I might require. I had a small number of MUST HAVES mostly concerning the property and location and Joanna was great at understanding those requirements immediately. It has been many years since I purchased a property and Joanna Nowinski was excellent at helping me through the whole process. Joanna Nowinski is friendly, relaxed and gave me plenty of time to view a home and property - I never felt rushed to finish and leave. She gave me just enough advice without glossing over a properties issues but pointed out the good. We went to view a lot of homes and I always felt I could text her an address anytime and she would get back to me asap with a viewing time to fit in with my sometimes crazy schedule. My initial offer on this property was not accepted but Joanna Nowinski suggested that we send an addendum to make my offer the back up offer should the first offer they accepted fall through. Without that addendum and this crazy market I may not have been successful purchasing this property when the initial buyers pulled out.

Tessa Hagwood was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She is very proactive, has excellent communication skills, is easy going, and is an expert in her field. I had no clue what I was doing during the sale of a house. Tessa made everything very easy for me. She is a fount of real estate knowledge and always available for questions. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Simply one of the most positive business dealings I have ever had, bar none.
