I had met Joanna a couple years ago after reaching out to her regarding one of her listing. We instantly connected. Even though the purchase price of my house was much lower than many homes on the central coast, Joanna treated me and the process like I was buying a mansion in Beverly Hills! Had a great experience with Tessa Hagwood and Century 21. She is very personable and went over and beyond in helping us understand the process. She was extremely patient with all of our questions and always answered our calls immediately or got right back to us. She knows the community well. We took her advice in staging the house and we got over five offers the first two days. She sold our house in two days and we got over our asking price which we were very happy about.
