Buyer reviewRita sets the bar so high, I don't think anyone else could ever reach it. Rita was recommended to us by a family friend in 2021 and she sold a couple homes for us. We didn't hesitate to reach out to her when we were ready to purchase. To say Rita goes above and beyond is an understatement. My husband and I were purchasing from out of state, which required a ton of heavy lifting on Rita's side. From multiple remote showings (with tons of pictures/videos) to meeting with new home builders (when we were on the fence of buying existing vs. building), Rita was ON IT! She was incredibly communacative, ensuring we understood every detail of our home purchase. I never had to follow up on anything because she was always two steps a head.
