Buyer reviewWe worked mainly with Randy Porizek and had an excellent experience! We are first time home buyers and did not know very much about the process. Randy took the time to explain the process to us in great detail and helped us to feel comfortable with the important decisions we were making. When asked, he would provide his honest opinion and often helped to point out things that we would have otherwise missed. Randy always represented us well. We knew he had our best interests at heart. If we ever need to sell our house in the future, we will definitely work with Randy and Kevin Porizek!

The father/son team is personally committed to closing the best sale for the seller and has first hand knowledge of the El Camino Village housing area as their parents were original owners of a home in this area which is still in their family. They know everything about the area. Kevin went out of his way to make sure everything went smooth. and as quickly as possible. Hard working and dedicated professional individual. I used him to find a tenant then and I have used him ever since, he is prompt, professional, honest and effective. Because he is so responsive and efficient, I have never had more than a 2-3 week vacancy, and each tenant Mr. Porizek secured for me has been great.
