Seller reviewAmber was excellent at communicating and explaining my different options. She was able to get thousands of dollars reduced off of liens that were being held against the property and spent a lot of her time, more than I believe others would have done, making sure I was getting most profit I could through the sale of the property, in a timely manner. She is extremely friendly and courteous and I would recommend her to any and all of my friends and relatives! She was creative in solving all of the problems we encountered along the way, and was very dedicated to making sure we got the best deal. I was extremely impressed overall with what she was able to accomplish!

Buyer reviewWe had to search for a home amidst the Covid Virus shutdowns. Jodi had a lot to do because we were mostly limited to viewing unoccupied homes, and offers were being made sight unseen on home by people wanting to get out of the cities, so many listings popped up "offer accepted" before we could get to see them. She worked to find suitable places for us to see and let us know immediately so we would have a chance to see them before they were gone. We had to limit ourselves to day trips back and forth and packing lunches. She was available to get out to view homes throughout the area quickly because of our deadline to be moved from our old home. She was always forthcoming with advice about the suitability for our needs of place we viewed and never pushed for a sale. We really felt she put our needs first. We would gladly recommend Jodi Elsing to friends and would use her services again if we were to be in the market again for another home.Rob

Seller reviewJodi was so kind and patient. Any questions I had, she explained so I could understand. She usually answered the phone when I called, but if for some reason she couldn't, I would get a call back or an email almost immediately. Jodi worked hard for me and actually got two sales from the property instead of just one. We had some documents we needed to get for the title company and she helped me get everything completed just right. This was a "long distance" sale (I am in Arizona) and Jodi had no problem getting all the paperwork sent back and forth. She did a remarkable job!
