Buyer reviewShe was very patient with my fiancee and me and took the time to explain several issues we had not even thought about. We first contacted Mrs. Claudia because she was the listing agent for a house we were interested in (and ultimately bought), and she explained the importance of having a realtor commissioned for us instead of just trying to book showing on our own. Then she was more than accommodating and understanding of us wanting to see other property and worked hard to allow us to see the places that we thought were good contenders. She was able to help point out the good and bad of each place to help us make a decision that we would be happy with. We are very thankful for her insight and patience she provided through the whole process.

Extremely satisfied with agent--personality, professionalism, knowledge of area and all aspects of selling a property that was not easily accessible and had no road frontage and needed floor covering replacement. Rating Claudia excellent in all aspects of this portion of the survey is no accident--she is "the best". My contact with the other members of the staff was always professional and easily approachable. Working with Claudia was a "God send"--a professional in every aspect.
