Seller reviewmy house went on the market after doing a few improvements suggested by Cheryl Webb, our realtor. The house sold in two days for asking price. Cheryl was always available to answer questions, and handled everything. It was a sale and closing without any problems. She also had services and recommendations of local people to do work that was needed. Cheryl was very professional, while being warm and friendly. She would be the only realtor I would recommend.

Buyer reviewSeller wanted to use an internet service for paperwork but agreed after meeting with Cheryl Webb to utilize her expertise. Cheryl was already working with me on selling my home and was willing to handle the paperwork on this purchase, which was a 'for sale by owner' transaction. Although Cheryl was representing the 'transaction' and was neutral with respect to the seller and buyer she was extremely helpful in attempting to keep the line of communication open with a difficult seller. Cheryl went over and beyond what an internet company would have provided. She was available and present at document signings and explained all procedures. She recommended names for inspections and assisted in setting them up. She set up and participated in the final walk-through. I would not hesitate to recommend Cheryl Webb to anyone buying or selling a property. She has assisted with both types of transactions and is both awesome and professional.

Seller reviewCheryl was a great help emotionally, especially when I got discouraged and had near meltdowns. She helped me cope with the related stresses and was able to suggest solutions to many problems that came up. She provided me with the names of service providers as necessary, She assisted me in finding a place to store my belongings between the time my home sold and the time the replacement home becomes available. She did everything she could to make the transition move forward smoothly. There were times when I was ready to cancel the listing and throw in the towel and Cheryl helped me get through the tough times. Will definitely call her when we make changes again in a year.
