Abe Safa grew up in New York and moved to the Myrtle Beach area to attend Coastal Carolina in 1988. Since graduating in 1991, he's lived here and owned several successful retail stores. Abe actually started working at age 13, either selling or running a business for over 34 years. Having been a friend of Greg Harrelson's for many years, he has decided to take his knowledge of the area and sales talents to sell homes in the Grand Strand. His business background and experience in negotiating and marketing, combined with his unique and precise analytical skills, leaves no doubt that he can be a valuable resource for you, your friends, and family. When not working, you can usually find Abe running marathons or summiting a mountain. He enjoys tennis and has played basketball since he was old enough to bounce one. Seller reviewAfter conducting a number of phone interviews of agents, we selected Abe because we felt comfortable he had a good plan for selling a difficult property in an equally difficult market. He and his staff kept us updated and coordinated the process very well. Abe was honest with his assessments of where we were on price and well updated all viewings and their responses. Although it took a bit longer to sell due to the property and the market, he was successful and the sale was completed with no problems or issues. I would definitely use him again or suggest others do too!
