Buyer reviewWe cannot recommend Bill Davis and Meredith enough! Meredith feels like she has become our first friend in the area. She has checked in with us and even cooked dinner and brought it over to us months after we have moved in. We had been very nervous about the difficult market we were entering. Bill and Meredith made everything smooth and easy for us. They knew when a house was overpriced and would not let us overpay for a home (not something you see or expect from every agent). We found an amazing home that was going to be a competitive bid process and Meredith was amazing at getting in touch with the seller's agent and communicating to find out exactly what we needed to do to ensure we got the home we wanted. Our entire process was so fast and smooth from beginning to end in what could have been a crazy market with months of searching. We really can't say thank you enough!!!
