Buyer reviewJason Burtch and his wife Jessica helped solve a problem my and I have been trying to accomplish for 2 years. We have been trying to move from Indiana to Port Charlotte. Jayson and Jessica helped us find a piece of property in the area we wished live. At the same time lead us to reputable contractor to build us a new home. They also solved a problem we had of trying to find house to rent while our new house is being built. Finding a house to rent is not a problem, but finding one to rent with 4 little dogs is a very monumental problem. Jayson solved the problem in less than 10 minutes. I am currently dealing with real estate agents in Indiana and it has been a communication nightmare. After the sale of my home but before the closing it has felt like my agent is working for the buyer more than for me. As far as my wife and I are concerned you will never find a better agency than Century 21 Sunbelt Realty!
