We always felt at ease with no need to rush and no pressure whatsoever to purchase a house. He pointed to us many important "hidden" facts that otherwise would have been completely missed or overlooked and probably made a bad selection had we been on our own. For he was not just a knowledgable realtor, but a concerned professional person who cared for our needs. Jeffrey often entertained or brought along his son to wait in the car with our four children, allowing us more quality time to check the properties at hand. Even to the extent of arranging for someone to take care of his son when he was temporarily sick and not cancel the show he had planned for us. A tough negotiator, he reduced the final purchase price to our advantage, helping us procure a significant equity before closing. We highly recommend Jeffrey with no reservations to anyone looking to purchase a house.

Time is money, came back to me I drop my offer by $2000.00usd, because of the two week I waited around, he/her didn't like that and gave that house to someone else for the same price I was going to paid. More time waste for me... Gurgita really when to bat for me, the manger played around... I put a offer in on another house cash, but the manager when for another buyer for the loan, it didn't happen, then came back to me... jurgita was very friendly, and easy to talk with, a pleasure...
