This is my third time working with Anamaria. I used her services twice before for the selling of my house and to find a rental. She is a great listener and kept all my needs and requirements in mind when providing recommendations and/or advice. She is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the real estate business including understanding the housing market trends. In my personal case, she was also very familiar with the area I was looking to buy my next home at which is always a plus. One thing that I found very useful when working with her, is that from the first meeting she walks you through the process and makes sure you understand what to expect, next steps and everything she can do to help you navigate the process of selling/buying a home. She is very detail and time oriented. meet her commitments and strive to make this process as simple as possible whether you are a buyer or a seller.  She is attentive, caring, trustworthy, personable, helpful, professional and many other good qualities and that is why I rated her "excellent" in all categories of the survey. But I would like to highlight the fact that she is extremely patient. Being a picky buyer, it took me a while to find the right home ( and we saw many) and make a decision so I kept apologizing for how long the process was taking and every single time her answer was "No need to apologize. I am here to support you and help you to find the house you feel is right for you no matter how long it takes". As I mentioned before, I had worked with Anamaria a couple of times before, and every single time she had made me feel that she had my back and my best interest in mind at all times.

The first voice mail I left for AnaMaria was answered in a matter of minutes. This had a huge impact on me. She has been responsive throughout this entire process just like she was from the beginning. I went into the search for a home very nervous. It had been 21 years since I purchased a home, and I had never done it on my own. AnaMaria made this entire process so easy. With all of the things going on in my life and the world right now, I did not expect things to go as smoothly as they did. I am still blown away by how wonderful she made this experience. I feel so blessed to have had her help me through this. She is simply AMAZING!!!

Bo has been a great realtor, kowledgable, patient, and have the best interest of the client in mind. I have enjoyed working with him and he was great on both sides the buying realtor as well as selling realtor. I had the pleasure to work with him on both ends. His marketing quality was top notch and we had many interested buyers that finally lead to a closing of the property. Finally he went above and beyond helped me sell from out of state and made many visit to the property to help me sell some items in order to turn over the property.
