I met Anuzia when she was hosting an open house for the property I was interested in. When I spoke with her to further inquire about the home, I found her to be very kind, attentive and knowledgeable so I chose to work with her rather than any of the many other realtors that I know. I have dealt with a number of realtors while buying, selling and renting other properties I've owned or occupied. Anuzia was the most pleasant to work with in regards to all aspects. She made the entire process go very smoothly and her correspondence was always prompt, professional and never pushy. Throughout the process of purchasing this home, I found that Anuzia really understood my needs, worked hard to take care of them and her professionalism left nothing to be desired. I would love to work with Anuzia again in any capacity if the need arises or if given the opportunity. I will most certainly be recommending her to anyone I can. Our experience with Bo Bloomer was quite unique in that we really put Bo to the test with all the problems we had finding a home. It took 3 times to finally hit a home run in finding our new house because of difficult sellers and uncooperative appraisers. This is my first time selling property, and Bo Bloomer was great at keeping me informed about what to expect. This sale had the challenge of being split between 5 siblings who all have different scheduals and live in different areas, yet he was able coordinate meetings between all of us and make sure we were informed about how things were progressing.
