I am thankful that Navy Federal's referral program led us to them. Their recommendation on which town to live in was helpful, as we were not from the area. We truly appreciated how willing and ready they were to set us up in a home that was fixed and move in ready. Not only were they knowledgeable with everything real estate but they were incredibly kind and VERY responsive which was important to us.

My experience with her in the purchase of this property was the same as the sale of my property it was excellent. The best qualities were communication, availability, and sharing of knowledge and experience.

Seller reviewAbove all other things I think communication between myself Miss Griggs and the buyers agent was fantastic. She was always available and listen very carefully to my thoughts and instructions and most importantly follow those instructions. Also, if she had thoughts or suggestions that were counter to what I had either asked for or suggested myself she was quick to offer those thoughts and suggestions based on her experience. Put differently, if I had an idea that was a bad idea she very tactfully and professionally guided me through the process so that I could avoid mistakes based on my own biases.

Buyer reviewBeing a first time home buyer, it was important that I worked with someone who could explain how the process works and be patient with the many questions that I knew I would have. They did not disappoint. They were easy to work with. There was an issue with the sale of my former house, and although they were not involved in the sale, they still went above and beyond to help me navigate through the issue that arose shortly before closing. I really enjoyed getting to know them.
