Seller reviewGail Griggs, in my opinion, is among the best realtors in the Cedar Hill Tx area. Her professional manner and her knowledge of the steps I needed to take from day 1 to closing was so very helpful to me. She was always patient with when I asked so many questions and she was readily available when I called. She went above and beyond to help me prepare my home for selling. She will definitely be someone I would recommend to others.

Buyer reviewDonna and Gail provided a great home buying experience. As a first time buyer, there were many questions that they were able to answer for me and were patient with my many questions. I truly believe they both wanted what was best for me and gave me caution and sound advice when looking at properties. They were very flexible and willing to look at potential properties with me on multiple occasions. For the property I purchased, we were able to move quickly, scheduling a walk through and submitting and offer within a short period of the property being on the market. Donna and Gail were delightful to work with while also being firm and knowledgeable at the closing table. When I do my next realty transaction it will be with them because I feel their service was invaluable through my home buying process.

I thought it would be difficult and not easy to comprehend, but Ms. Donna explained everything to me, making it a smooth process. She was the reason I got the home I want it. She let me know other buyers were making an offer on the property I liked and Ms. Donna instructing me to make a higher offer on the home. The seller excepted my offer and I closed on the home last week. Ms. Donna is awesome.
