He treats you like family and I think he goes way above and beyond to help you get what you need. Chad is always available for questions, even months after the sale or purchase has been completed. He never, ever makes you feel like you are bothering him or you are a burden. I would recommend Chad to everyone and anyone because it will be the smoothest selling or buying transaction you will ever have to deal with. I seriously cannot say enough about him and I could go on forever! He is now not only my Agent, but a friend. Thank you Chad for all you have done!

I appreciate the way that Chad always considered exactly what I told him and made it happen. He never imposed his thoughts on to me unless they were absolutely relevant, which I appreciated every time! He was an amazing guy to work with and always made me feel like the #1 priority. Chad was very accurate with area information and got numbers and projections for each of the areas I was searching for a home. I had within 2 days on the market every time as much information as I wanted and needed for my future home. He spent months with me going to look at any and all places that I wanted and always worked around my schedule! The guy is a machine!!!! DOES HE EVER SLEEP???? Only the day after closing my new home!!!
