Buyer reviewAdam Derfler was, by far, the best part about us purchasing our new home. We have had issues with other realtors in the past. We felt that Adam truly cared not only about the home we were getting into, but about our family. He consistently shielded us from the issues unless we needed to be brought to the table. Even offered to fly out same day to get papers signed. Truly, this man knows his stuff and we would increase that commission 2% if we could have or would have known all he would do for our family. I can't imagine buying or selling a home without Adam in our court.

Buyer reviewIt was so great to work with Chad Wagstaff. I wish we would have sold our house, but the market changed drastically very quickly, and I am not sure there is much more we could have done other than maybe list it earlier. The videos and pictures he had done of our house were amazing and the adivce he had for staging was super helpful. I can see us using him again as our agent when we attempt to sell it in the near future. Chad helped us a lot with our new build purchase. He was very helpful when we were contemplating design choices and easing our worries and taking care of everything when timeframes were moved up. We love our new home!! Thanks Chad!!
