It took about a year from the time that my husband and I first contacted her until the time that we finally purchased our home and Melinda stayed in contact with me weekly. Melinda was very detailed and answered any and all questions that we had early mornings, noon and night! She is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us (I was really picky, lol).
