I chose Genia because of her high level of assistance and professionalism she demonstrated when she sold a house for me a few years ago Genia excels in each of these categories and more! I could not be more pleased with her performance. She was prompt in answering my many questions and assisting me when I found the process confusing. One category that could be added is 'Assertive'. Genia was Assertive with the Buyers and the Buyer's Agent to get me the best deal and to make sure I was not taken advantage of in the negotiations. I hope she is there for a long time because I intend to buy and sell more homes.

I met Genia at a house I wanted to see and she was the one to showing it. I was leery because she appears so young. That all changed in an instant when we started talking upon entering the garage. I could tell right away she knows the ins and outs of houses and knows what she's talking about. From there she helped me in the purchase of a home. A few years later I found myself needing to sell that home and move on. I could not have sold my home nor purchased a new one without the help, assistance and guidance from Genia. She was instrumental in the timely closing of both houses. She held my hand when I needed her to and she not once steered me wrong. I have faith and trust in her work, ethics and mad house selling/buying skills!

Genia Beckman was incredible during the trying times of looking for a new home during the pandemic. She did everything she could to get me Zoom showings and she even took me on a Zoom drive around the town so I could see the locations of possible places to live. She was always a joy to talk to and she was able to zone-in on what I really wanted in my new home. I struggled with making strong offers due to contingencies and it was heartbreaking every time I lost. However, I never once felt alone in the process.
