The first contact was very sympathetic, Mike and Susanne were genuinely interested in our needs and desires, and understanding. We felt heard and seen in what we were looking for. Most importantly, there was never ever a moment to push us for any decision we were not yet ready to make - we had all the space and time we needed. The engagements were highly professional, efficient, clear and fast in communication. At the same time friendly and supportive. Mike and Susanne are incredibly professional, and at the same time very caring on a personal level - we as Expats selling our house and leaving thus years of a life behind, have been very much accompanied professionally as well as personally in all decision finding and making. We met a perfect service as well as care. Last but not least, Mike and Susanne were able to sell our house for a price far beyond our expectations, and very fast.

We absolutely loved working with the Garlands team! My husband and I were pretty new to the home buying process and were extremely nervous to start out. Mike and Susanne quickly felt like friends and walked us through everything. They were very patient, understanding and responded quickly when we had questions or let them know about a house we were interested in. They work seamlessly as a team and make sure things get done. We were brand new to Arizona, so we set out to investigate some neighborhoods where we would be possibly moving to. We came across a home where the Garlands were hosting an open house, and appreciated their expert knowledge on what we were looking for. Even though we told them we will be looking to purchase a home within six months, they were able to provide us with a lot of useful information. So when our time came, we quickly looked them up and got in touch right away. We were able to look at homes as soon as they came into the market, and with such tough competition this time around, they both told us the reality of the current situation which we appreciated. It was important for us to stay within our budget, and since we have small children we still wanted to be in a good/safe neighborhood with good schools. They helped us with all of that, and we were able to purchase a home we are all happy with. We also appreciated their patience with us as we made our decisions, and all of their useful advice, which we took. They really made the entire process simple because of their contacts with inspectors and such so we didn't need to go out hunting for one. Other than looking at homes, we didn't need to leave the house to get any work done. Everything was done online or through phone calls/ text messages, which made it very easy for us.
