Seller reviewI originally worked with another realtor. I ended up not working with them due to inconsistencies. After I stopped working with the first realtor, I intentionally looked for new realtor to work with. After several call with others. I decided on Tiffany. What stuck out the most to me was the experience Tiffany and her team have I was looking for a team that had systems and processes in place, mainly communication, follow-ups and constructive feedback from buyers agents. I was impressed on their use of datapoints for listing appointments their immediate advice on small specific changes to make for listing helped me understand they know their market and the buyers. Tiffany's communication throughout the listing and up to closing was excellent. Tiffany's determination to push the property across the finish despite delays and lack of communication on the lenders side showed me that she was fighting for me A true professional who is on your side!
