Seller reviewSharon focused on all the right details. She prepared us for the sale by advising us on how to get our house ready for the sale. Sharon was patient and very helpful helping us get critical work done on the house. A house is a very personal possession. It can be difficult to hear what is wrong with your house. Sharon approach us with kindness, but also told us the truth that we needed to hear to have a successful sale. We have referred our son to Sharon and she was wonderful helping a young man buy his first house.

She went above and beyond for us to ensure we got what we needed from the seller (I.e. new roof). As a first time home buyer the process was much easier than I thought! Seller reviewAnne has much local knowledge about the area and works for a Real Estate Company which has many local branches. This was important to us. She was always available and (as we were not living locally) was happy to arrange all the repairs and shopping. We would recommend Anne for your Real Estate transaction.

Seller reviewAnne is a true professional and a valuable asset to Century 21. Please understand, that I live in Japan, in the Tokyo region. Anne worked out this sale for me, without me ever being present, at any point in the process, to include the closing (my son represented me). We communicated exclusively through E-Mail, and then eventually through Docu-Sign. She prepared the house for sale, and made so many improvements, that the curb appeal brought an interested buyer almost immediately. Anne, is a consummate professional as a real estate agent. Anne worked above and beyond my expectations in the sale of my home. Her suggestions for property improvements to attract buyers, were spot on. All of her advice attributed to the timely sale of my property. Her depth of knowledge in the real estate business, is truly amazing.

Buyer reviewChris Hill was very knowledgeable about the county and the different areas, was always very quick to respond with requested information on listings. Made sure we were comfortable and all our questions and concerns were addressed during the selling and purchasing process. Chris Hill always responded quickly with answers to my questions and if he needed to look into something he was quick to let me know when I could expect him to contact me. He was very patient while we were looking at numerous homes he assured us we were not being a pain looking at so many but told us to please take our time he wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Although Chris couldn't be at closing due to the covid restrictions Chris called us the morning of settlement and was on standby if we had any questions during the closing
