Buyer reviewAnne contacted us after we expressed interest in a property using Zillow. She spoke with us on a Saturday night to understand our needs, then coordinated to show us four properties on Sunday, which was also Father's Day. We were very impressed with her level of commitment and flexibility to do that! Anne's knowledge of the local area was particularly impressive, especially the specific property type we were looking for (waterfront). Anne was great with communicating with us every step of the way. There were a couple 'gotchas' that could have thrown things off with the purchase, but she kept us informed and found solutions to keep us on track. Chris Hill was the one who first contacted us. It was a Saturday night, and he had other commitments but he made time to talk with us and understand our needs, then connected us with Anne which - in hindsight - was certainly a terrific match up, given her local knowledge of waterfront properties. Perfect! Anne was terrific!

With Anne's advice on what to do inside and outside of the house and pricing we sold the house in 4 days.
