Seller reviewWe attempted to sell our house numerous times over several years. One agent fired herself, another damaged our property, and a third misrepresented our contract. We became so discouraged that we took our house off of the market for nearly 2 years. Kim Ruhl had just listed a house in our neighborhood. With skepticism I asked for a business card. Kim was upfront, honest and very knowledgeable of the market in our area. She worked with our time restrictions and around our renter. In 2 short months we were under contract. Our experience with Linda Frierdich and Century 21 Advantage Real Estate, Inc., was exceptional from the beginning to the end. Seller reviewMy husband and I had our house on the market for 8 months with a different broker before switching to Linda Frierdich. They did an outstanding job. The marketing of our house was amazing resulting in in at least one if not multiple showings every week. It did take several months to get an offer on the house but it was not because they weren't trying, they definitely were. We highly recommend Linda Frierdich to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. If we are ever in the market to do either again I will definitely be giving them a call.
