Machelle is wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market, process, locations, and pretty much everything else involved. She fielded all our questions and made sure that 1) we were extremely happy with the home we picked out and that 2) we were protected in our purchase. For the latter, what I mean is that she made sure we weren't swinging above our weight and that we were making wise decisions based on the knowledge at hand. It wasn't just a sale, she genuinely cares about us and the outcome of our home search and we really felt that. The market in the first half of 2021 has been bonkers but Machelle helped us get a home that we LOVE. One quick, really cool story: we toured a home (which we did not end up making an offer on) and it had a really cool teepee set up that our kid loved. He sat in it basically the entire time we were touring the house. Fast forward to when we close on the house we ended up purchasing and Machelle got us that same teepee for our new home! :) It was such a kind gesture and testament to her character.
