Seller reviewMaricela sold the house next door. The owner of that house was very pleased with how she handled his sale. At that time, we had the opportunity to meet her and we were impressed with her as well. She knew the neighborhood and was knowledgable about the market value of homes on that street. She seemed honest, sincere and dedicated to her clients, all attributes that were very important to us. From the beginning Maricela kept us updated with what was happening with our sale. She always had excellent strategies about what to do in every stage of the process. When there was a delay in proceeding to the closing Maricela was in constant contact with the buyer's relator and us. We believe she was steady force that brought the sale to the closing table! Friendly, polite, understanding, kind, knowledgable, helpful, trustworthy and professional are all words that describe Maricela Meza. We would whole heartedly recommend her if you are in need of a relator!

Extremely professional and very knowledgeable, and even when the process of closing on got a little stressful, Teresa still made everything flow smooth, and my family and I are now in an absolutely beautiful home! The Performance was absolutely Wonderful! Any time I had a question, wanted to see a house, or had any type of concern, it was always resolved with a quick response! Extremely helpful and always went above and beyond. I dealt a lot with Teresa Meza, and I would have to say she actually made the entire process so much easier! From start to finish, she was professional, and very knowledgeable, and really just helped my family get into a nice home that we are all enjoying! Loved it!
