Our first choice for a home had some problems but Matt represented our concerns as well as the seller professionally. His knowledge of properties in the area was superb and made our considerably easier. He was responsive to phone calls and extremely helpful finding a lender and provided help finding local people who could provide small repair needs. Fantastic sales agent.
