He also alerted me to potential contract issues when I was negotiating. He was also educated and forthcoming about financing options. And he was skilled at helping two parties come to a fair middle ground. He is also polite and professional. I would use him again!

Seller reviewI've done several real estate transactions now with Brian Noel (and his team). I've been the buyer and the seller and would highly recommend them. It's always been a pleasure and they do a wonderful job keeping me in informed and answering my questions. They do an incredible job at negotiating. I had even tried to use Homie to sell property for a period of time and that really wasn't getting me anywhere except wasting me time showing the property myself to unqualified buyers. I've recommended Brian and team to several friends, I know of at least one that also purchased a property with Brian. I really can't say enough great things about working with them. If you think you have a toss up between Brian and another agent... you don't, just pick Brian and get on with the more important decisions of buying or selling a property.
