Buyer reviewWe set up an appointment based upon a friend's recommendation. After meeting Randy, we felt he listened well and had great knowledge of the market for rural land. Randy provided services beyond any other agent we have dealt with previously. We felt he really took care of our interests in the negotiations. He also provided valuable assessments of the properties we toured. We saw several rural properties within a 1 hour drive from our property. Randy set up these appointments and had valuable insights into these areas. When we found the right property, Randy knew who to call for structural engineering, appraisal, and inspection of the house located there. All of his recommendations were reliable, professional, and intelligent. Randy guided us through the closing which had some interesting details. He really facilitated the negotiations and accompanied us through the closing.
