Buyer reviewOur experience buying a house was incredibly smooth. Because Jenice was very attentive to what we were looking for in a house, we found a perfect choice very quickly. Even after finding our home Jenice was determined to get us a great deal with a monthly mortgage payment that was lower than the rent we were previously paying. I could not have asked for a better realtor to guide us through buying our first home. If you are house shopping Jenice is the only one to see.

Buyer reviewJenice went through everything anyone could imagine for a realtor when working with my husband and myself. She experienced a home that was supposed to be empty, but was not. She experienced a home with enough mold to cause cancer, but was "livable" per the owner. Jenice took us to view multiple homes, in multiple cities, and dealt with the indecisive nature of my husband on top of my lack of commitment (originally) to purchasing our first home. Through all of this Jenice found us exactly what we desired in our home. You cannot find a better realtor/friend than Jenice Alexander.
