Seller reviewWorking with Susan Stachelczyk and Julie Pugh was a pleasure and a relief after working with a different Realtor for over a year during which we got no results, no feedback, no progress, no planning, etc. Even the FOR SALE sign on the property was partially obscured by a large bush between the sign and the hi-way. ( My daughter drove by the property and, upon reaching home, called to ask why there was no FOR SALE sign on the property.) As a consequence, a potential sale was lost: the owner of a tree- removal company who had been working near the rear of the property told us that, had he known the property was for sale, he would have made an offer for it, but he saw no sign. Nothing like this transpired with Susan and Julie. Things that were expected to happen, did happen, when and as they were expected to happen. Consequently, the results were what we expected.
