We only really dealt with Patrick Deighan. He has been great. He was very careful not to oversell or try talking us into things. He was always available, answered every question we had, and was very helpful. He took care of us. We bought site unseen. He gave us multiple video tours of the house, brought other agents in to give second opinions about a smell He wasn't sure about, and looked carefully for anything he thought might sway our opinion about the house, for good and bad. He did his best to give us the honest truth, no sugar coating, no pressure to go one way or another unless we asked, then he delivered a professional opinion and he is a few ways to think about things. He fought for us successfully on all our negotiations and we came out with everything we wanted. There was never any questions if his motives or hesitation to honesty. He was in it to get us what we'd really want and help us through the process. I have zero complaints about him. He really helped a lot. We're grateful to have found him for our home buying.
